Sewing for Beginners November 2024

Sewing for Beginners-

Whether you are a beginning sewer, wannabe sewer or someone with the sewing machine in the back of the closet let us help you get started in the creative world that sewing will open up for you.

Sewing is useful, fun and easy!  Become comfortable with basic sewing skills in both hand and machine sewing. Beginning projects include a festive place-mat and useful emergency sewing kit.

Bring to class: Sewing machine, scissors for fabric, pins, seam ripper and pencil. Please have your sewing machine in working order and know how to thread it. There are a limited number of machines available to borrow in class. Please call 402-437-2700 if you wish to reserve one after you have registered.  There is a $20 (cash or check) supply fee payable at the first class.
